Payment Policies

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. The charge on your card will appear under the name: Briarwood Holdings DBA The Piperack. Due to increased credit card security procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the one to which your credit card statement is mailed. 

We also accept payment through Paypal, as well as money orders, bank (cashier) checks, and personal checks.  At our discretion we may choose to hold shipment on personal checks until funds clear into our account.

All online payment transactions are handled with the latest 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card transactions are handled by Interspire Secure Payment Gateway, one of the largest payment processors for online webstores. We have our own security certificate (as opposed to a shared certificate) issed by Geotrust, with a transaction warranty of $100,000.  We never store your credit card number on our servers. PayPal processes their transactions on their own secure servers. Both Interspire and PayPal are world leaders and experts in maintaining hardened, secure, hacker-proof payment processing servers.
