Here we have an unsmoked Smooth Stanwell Legend in a classic Danish bent acorn shape, which was inspired by a Sixten design. This particular shape is being discontinued by Stanwell, so this is the last one we'll be able to get our hands on. The Legend line is a mid-grade, high-contrast orange-stained smooth, always sporting nice grain and usually a couple well-hidden fills (although completely clean Legends aren't unheard of). This one has a nice crosscut with lots of birdseye on the left side and mixed grain on the right.
Markings read: 30, STANWELL, LEGEND, MADE IN DENMARK. Measurements: 6" long, bowl is just about 1 3/4" wide and 2" tall. The pipe weighs 56 grams. About a Dunhill larger group 4 or small group 5 in capacity.
